Prof. Lami Nnamonu Honoured with 2025 Benue State Environmental Champion Award

Prof. Lami Nnamonu has been honoured with the “2025 Benue State Environmental Champion Award”. The prestigious award was presented by the Benue State chapter of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES) as part of activities marking World Environment Day, held on June 5, 2025.
A passionate and lifelong advocate for environmental sustainability, Prof. Nnamonu has consistently championed initiatives that promote greener, more equitable, and socially responsible procurement systems. Her work at IPESS has positioned her as a leading voice in integrating environmental and social standards into procurement policies, both locally and nationally.
